Privacy Policy

Last updated

We collect as little personal data as we can. This policy explains what we process when you visit universaldigitalassistant.com or subscribe to our newsletter, and the choices you have.

Analytics without cookies

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting and does not track you across websites. It records aggregate information such as page views, referrers and approximate country.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request headers. When you submit the newsletter form we also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person, and we store a temporary, IP-based counter for up to ten minutes to limit repeated sign-up attempts.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we send your email address to our email service provider so it can deliver the newsletter. We use your address only to send the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Links to other websites

Our pages mention vendors and other websites, and assistant profiles link to each product's official website. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To make a request, email editors@universaldigitalassistant.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version above.
